Our credentialing team will:

• • Create a CAQH file and maintain it
• • Submit paperwork to insurers, with copies of all paperwork to the doctor
• • Verify receipt of paperwork by insurer
• • Follow-up with insurers until credentialing is complete, keeping a log of all communication
• • We will not consider our job complete until you have a contract offer in hand!
